Me Like many other runners have encountered atleast one person that doesnt pay because they live to scam, Or people "lagging out" And other reasons for people not paying for runs.

My idea/suggestion is to implement a system where the players and the runner agree on a price. If the runner gets -60 dp (im sure thers no run that needs that much dp) Or Logs out/lags Then the player gets their money back.

During the run the money will be in a screen unaccessable to both user and runner. If the run is succesfull and the end goal(city was reached) the computer gives the money to the runner. If the goal is not reached, money is refunded.

I seriously doubt Anet will implement anything supporting in game "services" among players - and I don't think they should.

It really does get annoying, Because its a somewhat risky business. You can get scammed both ways. Say a runner is being cautious and taking half payment at dreadnaughts for the droks run. Thats the usual excuse, But then the runner could leave you, during the middle of teh run with your money gone.

Samething the other way, You run the person. He leaves and ignores you. He just got a free run.

Anet should consider something on the line, To help promote activities.

I think Factions proved that they don't like runners. So why would they help them now?
